Well, we’re excited to share with you that we JUST MOVED!! Our new facility offers quadruple the square footage of our previous location and double the amount of treatment rooms. Our new location is at #200 6603 99 Street NW. We occupy the entire second level! Our entrance shares the corner of the building with the Korean Ricecake and Tea House. We have signage pointing to our front door and a sign visible from 99 Street. We’re so excited to be joining the Hazeldean community – shoutout to the coffee shop across the way, Liberta, who are brand new to the neighbourhood as well. I’ve included some pictures of the surrounding area and the view from the street. Please plan your trip ahead as we all adjust to this change.
We occupied the Whyte Ave space for 20 years. We went through so many changes inside that space and really utilized every nook and cranny we could. Shoutout Oceanus, iykyk. Two years before our move we started to experience exponential growth in our team and service menu offerings. We started to book two to three months in advance for a Saturday appointment, end of year appointments would be completely full for massages, and we had to refer out for those highly demanded couples massage requests. Due to size limitations of our space, our team was pushed out of the staff room/laundry room area and we had to search for spaces that allowed us to rest between services. The next step was obvious, albeit daunting.
We are now 3 weeks settled into our new space. We continue to experiencing growth and change but every day we are strengthening our foundation – and it is only possible with your support! We have a bit of construction underway for our Hammam room and 2 steam rooms but these are scheduled to be completed come fall. Please bear with us in the meantime. We’ve redeveloped protocols for our body scrubs and wraps, we now have 4 pedicure stations and are offering a new manicure treatment that focuses on promoting the health of natural nails! We have the space to listen and offer new services – if you have ideas or requests, please let us know in the comments! The excitement of this new era is palpable and it comes through in our treatments. Be one of the first in our space and book your appointment today!!
