You most likely want every spa treatment, because let’s be real, who doesn’t? So, how do you choose which is best for you at this moment?
The first thing to do is look thoroughly through our spa menu. There are toooons of different options, packages and levels to treatments. Research goes a long way when you’re choosing to invest in yourself. For example, you can get a massage at our spa, but would you prefer: light, medium or deep pressure? What kind of essential oils would you like the Massage Therapist to use? And, do you have a favourite individual at our spa you want to book with? The next thing you can do is call the spa if you have further questions. Our knowledgable spa coordinators are well versed in all our services, and can lend a hand when it comes to helping you throughout the process, even pre-booking. Having a few options in mind before calling will help the coordinators get you to the right treatment.
After you’ve put in a solid effort, it’s always good to have these things laid out as well: how often do you want/need the treatment? Do you have goals in mind for your wellness? And does your health insurance cover it?
Overall, make sure that YOU are going to be happy with whatever you end up booking because that is the most important person in choosing what treatment is right for you.
