Cancellation Policy

Due to an increased amount of no-show clients, we have made the decision to enforce our cancellation policy.

When booking a package, clients will be asked to provide a credit card number. If the client does not show up for the appointment, or cancels with less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the price of the package will be charged to the credit card.

This is to ensure that our estheticians, the business, and our other clients are not having time wasted.
