Time is precious. There is never, ever enough time! We at Healing Waters Spa thank you for choosing to spend your valuable time with us. Because our time, like yours, is precious, we kindly request you honor your commitment to attend your appointment. If your ability to attend your appointment has in some way become compromised, and you need to cancel or reschedule your time with us, please provide our staff with reasonable notice. Our fee schedule for cancellations can be found below.
For regular appointments:
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 75% of the service total
- “No shows” with no advanced notice of cancellation will be charged 100% of their service total
For group bookings, spa packages, “create your own packages”, and our Double Hammam treatment*:
- Cancellations made within 72 hours of your appointment time will be charged 25% of the service total plus a 10% gratuity
- Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged 50% of the service total plus a 10% gratuity
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time will be charged 75% of the service total plus 15% gratuity
- “No shows” with no advanced notice of cancellation will be charged 100% of their service total and 15% gratuity.
*Credit cards are always required to schedule group appointments, packages, create your own packages, and our Double Hammam Treatment.
Covid Friendly policy: All appointments canceled due to illness will be placed on a gift certificate for future use towards your rescheduled appointments.
